Welcome to TrenchBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, casino games, sports and esports betting products, and all related services. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Who We Are

Our services are owned and operated by Lock In Capital Ltd, a company registered under number 16220, with its registered address at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. At Trench Bet, we hold licence No. ALSI-202604039-FI2, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and we carry the AffPapa Seal of Compliance. These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan.

Our Trench Bet platform is built for an international, crypto-first audience. All currencies available on our website are enabled automatically at registration, and every notice we give under these Terms is issued in English; where a translation exists, the English version always prevails.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register with us. We do not accept players from Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, any FATF blacklisted country, or any jurisdiction deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

Our KYC Policy additionally rejects identification issued by a number of jurisdictions, including the United States and its territories, Australia and its territories, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela and several others listed in full in our KYC Policy. It is your responsibility to confirm that online gambling is lawful where you live before you register.

Registration and Your TrenchBet Login

We require every player to register personally with accurate information; registration through a representative, relative or associate is not permitted. Only one account per player is allowed, and we close accounts immediately if we discover multiple accounts, including those opened through affiliates. Your TrenchBet login is personal to you, and you must keep it confidential at all times. We do not currently offer a separate TrenchBet app; our platform runs entirely within modern mobile and desktop browsers, so no download is required to play.

Account Verification (KYC)

We may request a government-issued photo ID valid for at least three more months, a photo of you holding that ID, and a bank statement or utility bill issued within the last three months bearing a matching name. Full verification becomes compulsory once your lifetime deposits exceed 10,000 USD, on any withdrawal request of any amount, or whenever we consider a transaction suspicious. We may also request a selfie or a verification call, and we reserve the right to verify your identity at any time.

Deposits

We accept crypto only, supporting 313 coins including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, TRX, ADA, LTC, LINK, 1INCH, AAVE and 301 further assets. Our minimum deposit is 10 USD, required to activate our welcome offer. Deposits must come from an account, payment system or card registered in your own name, and every deposit requires network confirmation before we credit your balance. Deposits made in another currency are converted at the daily oanda.com rate or the payment processor's prevailing rate.

We absorb transaction fees on deposits in most cases. However, a 50 USD administration fee applies per chargeback, denial or reversal of payment that you initiate.

Withdrawals

Our minimum withdrawal is 20 USD or its equivalent per transaction; on account closure, you may withdraw your full balance with no minimum. Withdrawals must be made to the original method used to fund your account; withdrawing to a different method is allowed only at our discretion and is subject to additional security checks.

We permit withdrawals of up to 5,000 USD per month when your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, or up to 10,000 USD per month in all other cases. We reserve the right to cap total withdrawals at 10,000 USD per calendar month at our sole discretion, taking into account your account history, verification status, our risk assessment and the source of your funds, processing a request up to the remaining permitted amount and queueing any excess for a following month.

No withdrawal commission applies once a deposit has been rolled over at least once. Otherwise, we deduct an 8% fee, with a minimum of 4 USD, as an anti-money-laundering measure. All withdrawals are processed through our on-site wallet flow once your verification is complete.

TrenchBet Bonus Terms and Promotions

Our TrenchBet bonus program starts with the Welcome Offer, matching your first deposit 100% up to a maximum of 500 USD, on a minimum deposit of 10 USD. This offer carries a 25x wagering requirement, applies to Originals and slots from Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming, and is capped at a maximum cashout of 10 times the bonus amount, expiring 30 days after activation. Any active promotion with a bonus balance below 1 USD is cancelled automatically, and the remaining amount is moved to your main balance.

We do not currently run a TrenchBet no deposit bonus; any similar offer advertised outside our official channels is not affiliated with or honoured by us.

Beyond the welcome package, we run a Weekly Cash Race leaderboard, Rank-Up Cash rewards on reaching new levels, Rakeback Boost promotions, and Free Spins tied to your rank tier. Maximum payout on any bonus equals your qualifying deposit plus the matched bonus credit, multiplied by the applicable payout multiplier; winnings above this cap are forfeited. Bonus funds are segregated by category, so a slot bonus cannot be wagered on Originals, Futures, sports, blackjack, live dealer, roulette, baccarat or poker, and vice versa. Requesting a withdrawal while wagering remains unsatisfied may forfeit your remaining bonus and its winnings.

Loyalty Program and VIP Club

We at Trench Bet operate a 30-level rank ladder across six tiers - Recruit, Infantry, Sergeant, Commander, Warlord and Legend - each carrying its own wagering multiplier, maximum payout multiplier and rakeback rate, released every 30 minutes subject to per-cycle caps. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use a VPN, proxy or any similar service or device that masks or manipulates your real location.
• You may not open more than one account, including through representatives, relatives, associates or affiliates.
• You may not sell, transfer or share your account, and funds cannot be transferred between player accounts.
• You may not attempt to defraud us, other players or our payment partners.

We close accounts immediately, and may withhold funds, wherever we detect a breach of these rules.

Complaints must be lodged within 3 days of a wager being settled. We aim to respond within a few days and, in any event, within 28 days; unresolved matters are escalated to our management team and, if necessary, to arbitration.

Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan, and any dispute arising from your use of our services falls under that jurisdiction. We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements or business practices; continued use of Trench Bet after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
